The following tables show the available content types in the system. These are used when data - such as documents, images or videos - are entered into the system.
The order of the types corresponds approximately to the frequency of the purpose of the application.

| Campaign promotion |
Campaigns are time-limited documents with prices. The same rules apply to them as to price lists. |
| Catalog catalog |
A catalog is an overview of a provider's products. A catalog may contain prices, but only prices that may be publicly disclosed. |
| Price list pricelist |
A price list contains pricing information for products. This may include dealer prices as well as gross list prices. The trade level is used to distinguish between them. |
| Spare parts spareparts |
Spare parts documents are special catalogs that primarily contain spare parts. If there is a spare parts price list for a catalog, it must be classified as a price list. |
| Brochure flyer |
A brochure provides information about part of the product range. A brochure may contain prices, but only prices that may be publicly disclosed. |
| Manual manual |
Manuals provide additional information on using products. This also includes operating instructions and assembly instructions. |
| Data sheet datasheet |
Data sheets contain technical details about products. They may be individual data sheets per product or collections of data sheets for multiple products. This also includes safety data sheets and factory certificates. |
| Certificate certificate |
Certificates are documents that record verified properties of one or more products. These include, among other things, approvals, quality marks, and standards. |
| Factory certificate factory_certificate |
A factory certificate is a document in which the manufacturer confirms that the supplied products meet the agreements of the order, including test results based on non-specific inspection. |
| Safety data sheet material_safety_data_sheet |
Safety data sheets (also: material safety data sheets) mainly contain safety information for handling hazardous substances. They must be provided by distributors, importers, and manufacturers of hazardous substances. |
| Instruction instruction |
Instructions include operating and service manuals. |
| Technical information technical_information |
Technical information describes the technical and physical properties and the areas of application of products and systems. It also contains guidance for safe and proper processing, installation, and planning. |
| Declaration of performance declaration_of_performance |
With the declaration of performance under the Construction Products Regulation (BauPVO), the manufacturer assumes responsibility for the conformity of the construction product with the declared performance in relation to its essential characteristics. |
| Presentation presentation |
Contains a presentation or slide deck about a product or topic. |
| Other other |
Use this type for any document for which no other type seems appropriate. |
