In OXOMI, a distinction is made between a "partnership offer" and a "partnership request". As a user on the merchant side (wholesale), the function "request partnership" is relevant for you, as a user on the manufacturer side (industry) it is the function "offer partnership".
In both cases, the purpose is to conclude a Partnership between two companies.
In the drop-down menu of the main navigation, the "Request partnership" function is located below the "Partner" group. Clicking on this link will take you to the "Possible Partners" selection page. On this page, possible partners will be offered to you and you have the opportunity to request the partnership here.
To find specific partners in the selection list, you can use the industry filter placed on the left side of the page or the search bar above the list.
Because of the large number of potential partnerships in some industries, you can use the "Hide Partner" feature to hide uninteresting suggestions and make the selection list more transparent for later visits. Behind the link "Hidden providers" in the sub navigation on the left side, the hidden suggestions are displayed and can be added to the regular list, if necessary.
As a user on the manufacturer side you use this function. In the main navigation drop-down menu, the "Offer partnership" function is located below the "Partner" group. Clicking on this link will take you to the "Offer partnership" selection page where possible partners on the retail site will be offered to you. Here, by clicking on the "Offer partnership" function, you can offer your partnership to a desired partner.
Caution: For you as a user on the manufacturer side, the offer of a partnership in your partnership account is provisionally debited (blocked). In the case of a refusal, the debited partnership will of course be released again.
You can also use the "Export" function or the industry filters to keep the selection list of possible partners manageable or to find the desired partners quickly.
In both cases - Request or offer a partnership - the selected partners will be informed about this and will be asked to process your inquiry or quotation. This can take some time depending on the respective partner. As an initiator, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as the partnership has been accepted or rejected.
Details to this topic you can find in this chapter Accept or reject a partnership.
With the "Export" function, you can export the selection list of possible partners as an Excel file and then download this file.
